The Eastborough City Council meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at Eastborough City Hall. Meetings are open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend.

Members of the public desiring to present matters to the council may do so in one of two ways:

Public Comment: Time is set aside during each meeting to provide citizens the opportunity to address the council. This is intended to be a less formal means of communicating with the council.

The Public Comment portion of the meeting is limited to 30 minutes and shall be subject to a limitation of 5 minutes for each speaker. No advanced notice is required to speak. These comments are meant to be primarily informational and normally no action is taken on items discussed during this comment period. If you are requesting council action please have your item placed on the Public Agenda instead.

Public Agenda: A public agenda shall also be considered by the Council. If you have an item you would like the council to consider or take action on, it should be added to the Public Agenda of the meeting.

Members of the public desiring to present matters to the council on the public agenda (citizens requests) must submit a request in writing to the office of the assistant city clerk prior to 12 noon on Monday, the day before the council meeting. This can be done in person, via mail, email or fax. Request forms for the public agenda are located in the Clerk's office, or can be downloaded below.

Note: Matters pertaining to personnel, litigation and violations of laws and ordinances are excluded from the public agenda.
